Lucas is an amazing realtor. He helped us buy a house that had an insane amount of interest. We are extremely happy with the house and Lucas! He taught us about the market and pointed out red flags during showings. He taught us about the cost of fixer-uppers and helped us understand what we were looking for. His contracts did a great job protecting us as buyers. Lucas goes above and beyond with the human side of offers. Giving the seller a personal rundown of the contract and establishing great communication with the seller. When we didn't win a bid, Lucas could often tell us about the other offers and the winning offer. He helped us make the best offer we felt comfortable with, doing things like protecting us from over paying with an escalation clause. He has great contacts for everything you need. Overall, 10/10.
